Your information is stored on servers located in the U.S., and BB&D utilizes procedural and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. BB&D takes its commitment to privacy seriously. Notwithstanding, NOTHING IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS INTENDED TO CREATE OR PROVIDE you with ANY RIGHT OF ACTION FOR VIOLATION.
Cookies and Tracking

If you no longer want BB&D to use your information to provide the Services, you may cancel your account. BB&D will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any outstanding disputes, enforce agreements, and as otherwise described herein. We may also retain log files for internal analysis, however unless legally obligated to retain for a longer period of time, these files are retained only briefly.

You acknowledge that the Services provided by BB&D are voluntary and you have consented to the collection of your personal information. The BB&D Site is hosted in the United States with no physical presence in any other location. BB&D requires any company with which it shares your personal information to protect such data in a manner consistent with this policy and limit the use to performance of services for BB&D. BB&D does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Opt Out of Sharing
You can opt out of sharing your personal information with BB&D, being contacted by BB&D for promotional purposes, or having your personal information disclosed to third parties for marketing use. To exercise your choice to opt out, please contact BB&D at admin@bidbuyanddrive.com. In any promotional e-mails, BB&D also enables you to opt-out of receiving future promotional emails from BB&D. Withdrawing Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information at any time. You can withdraw your consent to email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in communications and you can withdraw your consent to our processing of your information at any time by closing your account and contacting us as set forth below to request that your personal information be deleted. Except where we may be required to retain pursuant to applicable law, this deletion is permanent, and your account will not be reinstated.
Children’s Personal Information
BB&D does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13) and we request that all users of the Site and our Services who are under the age of thirteen not disclose or provide any personally identifiable information. If we discover that a child under the age of thirteen has provided us with such information, such information will be removed from our records. Notwithstanding, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor under your account.
In addition to protecting the privacy of children under age thirteen we are committed to protect the privacy of all minors. Therefore, this site is not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 18. Any person who provides their information BB&D represents that he or she is 18 years of age or older.
